I-Land’s 400 acreage is shaped like a lobster, starting with its tail engaging the highway, then cresenting westwards toward a body of industrial complexes. Entering i-Land, you are greeted with a sight unlike any industrial place, and similar to a recreational haven- with 80% of our amenities sprung on the easternmost side of the development. Beyond our site office, you will see a bountiful townscape: a shopping mall packed with retail outlets, restaurants and cafes; a mixed-use development housing a 24hr clinic, a bank, and mini-markets; a community facility housing the fire station and community centre; a luxury country estate with clubhouses; and a villa precinct, with controlled access.
The park then swells unto a huge industrial multiplex, the main body of the park. Over here, smaller industries are lined up in the middle, bordered by medium industries northward down, and medium-large industries southward up. Two water retention ponds cut through the park and links with a green network that doubles as recreational green spaces and stormwater catchments. See our masterplan below:
